An established and expanding private West End Private Dental Practice seeks a new dental practice manager / receptionist and three dental nurses to accompany us into newly refurbished premises on Wimpole Street from end of September 2010 to help us do beautiful dental work. The premises are currently being refurbished to a high standard.

Attitude, maturity and demeanour must be excellent and the right candidates must be career-oriented and seeking a truly high quality practice in which to thrive for the foreseeable future.

These are permanent full time posts for candidates with attention to detail and natural teamwork skills with the opportunity to build and organise their new environment.

Practice Manager / Receptionist – excellent diction with natural ability to speak with and get to know discerning clients undergoing extensive treatments and the ability to build the practice through networking from the front desk essential., Advanced computer skills required, preferably with experience working with Software of Excellence. We are looking for a senior, calm, authoritative, disciplined and experienced personality to oversee a practice with 1 full time clinical director, 6 part time dental surgeons, 2 hygienists, 5 nurses and 2 administrative staff including a very efficient PA to the Clinical Director who will be on hand to assist. Dental experience desirable but not vital if other strengths are suitable.

Nurse 1 – At least 5 years experience with implant and advanced restorative dentistry essential. The post is as a second nurse working with an experienced head and senior clinician undertaking advanced dental and surgical procedures and also involved with postgraduate education. Computer (Software of Excellence and Microsoft Office) and clinical photography skills very desirable. Relatively extrovert personality preferred, with ability to break the ice with patients to put them at ease and be a respected point of contact for them.

Nurses 2 and 3 – At least 3 years of private dental practice experience, preferably in W1, required. The successful candidate will be running their own surgery with several clinicians and hygienist / therapists carrying out all aspects of dentistry. The candidates should be neat, tidy with good attention to detail and the ability to speak freely with patients and get on well with a large team to ensure excellent patient care. Software of Excellence and Microsoft Office experience very desirable.

Salaries negotiable depending on experience. The practice has strong links with several academies and organisations and perks include foreign travel and high-end continuing education. We are looking to expand and build the best dental team in London.
