This week, we held two events. One was free and one was paid for. 

The free event had a lot of value, particularly for educators and companies. 70 people booked from emails to approximately 800 contacts. 13 cancelled within the last seven days. 20 didn't turn up without any message or communication. For those who came, they were blown away. 

The paid event, 50 people booked. Only two cancelled due to extenuating circumstances. The atmosphere was electric and the feedback was phenomenal. 

Lesson learnt, free or complimentary - even as a thank you for helping, has limited value.
