Hey guys, I would love your opinions regarding this case.
15 year old patient, has had trauma to his UL1 at age 10. He has also had an RCT and crown done which are failing, pa area, bw encroachment and crystal bone loss. Patient would like an implant in the long term. In my mind these are the options whilst waiting for growth to stop
xla and Maryland
re-endo, crown lengthening and new crown
apical surgery, crown lengthening, new crown.
If cost was not a factor (which is in his case) which would be the best option for long term implant success?
