Both sessions will provide you a practical overview to get the most out of your people and minimise your risk.
In the first session we will explore how an organisation with good employee relations, that provides fair and consistent treatment to all employees, can result in employees who are committed to their jobs and loyal to the company. We will be identifying key tools and resources that will help you achieve this.
Workplace litigation is on the increase so in the second session we will be looking at what the law says about HR investigations prior to any disciplinary or grievance taking place and then what you can do in practice to reduce your exposure.
