There is a workbook that can be used with this course and you can also apply for a qualification.

If you like what you hear in this course, share it with your colleagues and everyone. It’s been built for you to go beyond yourself and to grow beyond yourself.

Part 8. The art of delegation.

The success of any team leader and the team is dependent on how they delegate effectively.

Aims:

  • Our aim is to help you successfully delegate to other members of the team tasks, roles, and responsibilities towards the common goals of compliance and the practice

Objectives:

  • Consider the role and tasks that can be delegated
  • Identify members of the team who would be suited to each task or role using Belbin’s team roles and other suitable management models
  • Discuss with that team member what is involved in that task, role or responsibility
  • Identify any training needs required

By the end of this talk:

  • The learner will have a better comprehension of the elements involved in successful delegation of tasks and roles
