Welcome to this series on Human Resources, Employment, and Teams.

This has been built for practice owners, practice managers and to be honest, for all members who lead and manage teams. If your job in the practice involves recruitment, managing staff, and more then this will be for you.

In the last few years, many practices have experienced staff shortages, staff challenges and difficulties, and therefore, at Tubules we felt it important to bring in someone who can help you overcome some of these challenges.

For this series, we welcome Sarah Buxton from FTA Law. Sarah is an Employment and HR specialist. Her day-to-day job involves drafting employment contracts, preparing contracts for associates and self-employed staff, and helping practice managers and employers with day-to-day management issues. She also represents clients when matters don’t go to plan and if an employment tribunal occurs. With years of experience in this field, she will share lots of useful advice.

The series will cover recruitment, employment, self-employment, contracts, termination.

…AND there’s a special appearance from the one and only Andy Acton in the final part of this series. You are going to love it…
