The success of any team leader and the team is dependent on how they delegate effectively.

Aim:

Our aim is to help you successfully delegate to other members of the team tasks, roles, and responsibilities towards the common goals of compliance and the practice.

Objectives:

Consider the role and tasks that can be delegated
Identify members of the team who would be suited to each task or role using Belbin’s team roles and other suitable management models
Discuss with that team member what is involved in that task, role or responsibility
Identify any training needs required
